AI agents are powerful, but often very difficult to configure and understand how they can be used for a particular user's business.

Design a chat interface, with both built-in and customisable AI agents, that can allow for an easy starting point for less technical users to start using agents to speed up their work without the intimidation and overwhelm that can often come from AI platforms.

As lead designer, I focus on making a very friendly UI, something that feels approachable, easy to understand, and reveals complexity naturally as users explore further and get more comfortable. This involves using existing patterns people are used to, and combining them with naturally occurring AI-specific features to help guide understanding through doing.
